What is the ordering process?
Please reach out to us via phone or email to discuss your requirement. We are prompt with our response and will update you with pricing, lead-time and answer any additional questions you may have.
Do you provide pre-production sign layout drawings?
Upon confirming the order, we will provide you detailed pre-production rendering showing the dimensions, material finish, size details and mounting details.
What format art file should I provide?
For dimensional lettering and logo please provide vector base illustrator art file or vector pdf format.
I don’t have an art file; do you have designers?
If you don’t have your sign logo art file, no worries. We have in house graphic designers that can custom design your signage logo for you as per your custom requirement. We charge a nominal designing fees on hourly based. Designing fees varies based on your requirement. To learn more please call or email us.
Do you offer installation nationwide?
We handle nationwide installation service for interior and exterior signage.
What is the production lead-time?
Production lead-time varies based on your custom requirement. Upon discussing your requirement our sales and project team will update you on approx. lead-time.
Do you provide shipment tracking?
Yes, we provide tracking details for all our orders.
How can I set up sign installation schedule?
Our team will coordinate the installation schedule with you.
Looking for Rush Orders?
Yes, we provide rush order service.
Do you offer custom finish and painting?
Yes, we offer custom finishes and can close match any Pantone color swatch.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we do produce sample as required by charging a nominal fees.
Can I install myself?
We handle interior and exterior signage installation nationwide. If you don’t have any prior experience we highly recommend hiring professional sign installers. If you are capable of installing it yourself, we do offer mounting hardware and install guide line and mounting template with each of our others.

Payment Terms?
Upon confirming the order, we charge 50% deposit remainder due upon COD or job completion. All our transactions are secure online payments.
Do you offer Warranty for your sign products?
We offer up to 5 years of warranty for all our dimensional letter signs.
Sign Permit filing and procurement?
Yes, we handle permit filing and permit procurement for our exterior signage.
Do you offer site survey and field measurement?
Yes, our install crew handle site survey and field measurements.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders $ 50 and greater, we offer free ground service shipments nationwide
What is the refund and return policy?
We believe in quality product and services. If you receive damaged or incorrect order, we will be happy to refund or replace the order.
