At Visual Creative, Inc. we offer shipping and installation nationwide. Once the order is shipped you will be notified via email with tracking information and delivery schedule and status. In addition to standard shipping we even handle prior shipments for rush orders. All our products are thoroughly checked for quality assurance prior to shipments. All sign products are securely packed and shipped with signage mounting hardware and mounting template, submittal rendering, and appropriate hardware. Upon receiving the package, we suggest opening the package to inspect to make sure the content received is intact and without any damage. If any shipments received incorrect or damaged. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the shipment, so we can send you the replacement.
In additional to providing signage products, we even offer installation service covering all major cities in the USA. We handle interior and exterior sign letter installation for illuminated and non-illuminated signage. Our project manager will coordinate with you the installation schedule to meet your project deadline. We offer installation service on regular, after hours weekday and weekend schedule.
